Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days, as each piece is inspected, cleansed and packed by hand. After dispatch, Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days and Express takes 2–3 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $8.00 and Express is $15.00. Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.

How do I track my order?

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change the address or cancel and refund in full before the order is dispatched. Once it has shipped, our return process applies.

Do you have a discount for first orders?

Yes. Use code WELCOME15 for 15% off your first order.

Do I save when I buy more than one piece?

Yes. Pieces in our bundle offers are 15% off when you buy 2 and 25% off when you buy 3 or more. The discount appears in your cart.

What free gifts can I get?

Free Standard shipping at $50, a free Selenite Plate at $100 and a free Amethyst Table Lamp at $250. These are based on your cart total after discounts and are added automatically.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. Gift wrap can be added to your order for $9.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they're unworn and in their original packaging. Email us with your order number to get a return authorization before sending anything back. See our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping.

Our crystals

Are your stones natural?

Yes. Because they're natural, color, veining, size and inclusions vary from bead to bead, so your piece won't look exactly like the photo. That variation is part of each stone's character.

Are the pieces cleansed before shipping?

Yes. Every piece is cleansed and energized by hand before it leaves us.

How do I care for my bracelet?

Take it off before swimming, bathing or exercising, and keep it away from perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals. Many people recharge their stones by resting them on a selenite plate or in moonlight overnight.

Which bracelet is right for me?

Choose by intention: Money Magnet for abundance, Triple Protection for protection, Seven Chakra for balance, and Abundance Aura for prosperity and positivity. Not sure? Tell us what you're working towards and we'll suggest a stone.
