Refund Policy

If a piece doesn't feel right for you, you have 30 days to send it back.

Return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be accepted, an item must be unworn and unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with any pouches, cards, or free gifts that came with it.

How to start a return

Email thespiritualcompanyusa@gmail.com with your order number and which items you're returning, and tell us why in a line or two.
We'll reply within one business day with a return authorization and the return address.
Ship the item back using a tracked service and send us the tracking number.

Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us — unauthorized returns can't be processed or refunded.

Who pays for return shipping

You cover return postage for change-of-mind returns, and original shipping charges are not refunded. We cover it — and refund you in full — if the item arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong thing. We recommend a tracked service; we can't refund a return that never reaches us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we inspect it and email you the outcome within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. A return that arrives worn, damaged, or missing its packaging may be refused or refunded in part.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or stone you want, so you're not waiting on the return to clear.

Gift cards
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items showing signs of wear, or returned without their original packaging

Cancellations

Email or call us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. We can usually cancel and refund an order in full before it's dispatched; once it has shipped, it falls under the return process above.

A note on natural stones

Crystals and gemstones are natural materials. Color, veining, size, and inclusions vary from bead to bead, and your bracelet will not look identical to the photograph. This natural variation is part of the stone's character and isn't considered a defect. If you feel your item is genuinely faulty, send us a photo and we'll make it right.
