The agreement between you and The Spiritual Company when you use this site or buy from us.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by The Spiritual Company ("we", "us", "our"), 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By visiting thespiritualcompany.co or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, which form part of this agreement.

2. Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, and not to introduce any virus or harmful code.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
Product images are illustrative. Because our stones are natural, the item you receive will vary in color, pattern, and size from the photograph.
We may change prices, edit or discontinue products, and limit quantities at any time without notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where we suspect fraud, where the item is out of stock, or where an address cannot be verified — and will refund you in full if we do. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our other payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Metaphysical and wellbeing products

Our bracelets, crystals, and spiritual products are sold as items of faith, tradition, and personal intention. Descriptions of a stone's properties — abundance, protection, calm, healing, and so on — reflect long-standing spiritual and cultural belief. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, they are not evaluated by the FDA, and no specific outcome or result is guaranteed. Nothing we sell is a substitute for professional care. Please always consult a qualified doctor or licensed professional for any medical, mental health, financial, or legal matter, and never stop a prescribed treatment on the basis of anything you read here.

Products are not toys. Beads, small stones, and cords can be a choking hazard — keep them away from children under three and never leave a child unsupervised with them.

6. Discounts, offers, and gift cards

Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, can't be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Gift cards are non-refundable and don't expire.

7. Content and intellectual property

All text, photographs, designs, logos, and other content on this site belong to The Spiritual Company or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

If you send us reviews, photographs, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business, and you confirm the content is yours to share and isn't unlawful or offensive.

8. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to third-party sites and uses third-party services for payments, shipping, and analytics. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Spiritual Company and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Spiritual Company against any claim or demand arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
